shop space

27x32 garage with 9’ high garage doors. Bathroom, shop sink, washer/dryer hookup available, wiring for car charger or welder plug, plumbed in floor drains. There is a suite above the garage with a separate entrance. This could be rented as well if needed but it is extra. Price could vary depending on circumstances, lease length and type of use. Ideally I’m looking for a low key small business that needs a place to casually work from. Garage is currently under construction and could potentially make a few adjustments to suite a particular tenants needs. It will be ready for the end of September roughly.
