Assistance needed lifting windows

Hi there. I'm in the process of renovating my sunroom and have 3 large windows that I need help lifted into their frames only a couple of feet from the ground (see picture). I've already purchased the lifting suction cups - just need 3 strong-ish workers (ideally 4) to help me lift and move the windows a few feet into the frames that are already prepped. I will be working along with you, need not bring any tools - - just need a few helping hands and total job will not take more than 2-3 hours. Flexible on timings (weekends, evening etc.) . Willing to pay $50 hr per person. Max 3 hours of work. Located in Murphy Lake area. If interested please reply to this ad. Thank you.
