Private Tennis Lessons in 6-Zone Format
Description
Let me introduce myself: I’m Coach Alex, a passionate tennis enthusiast. I am 49 years old and have been playing tennis since the age of 12. I am a Tennis Canada–certified tennis coach and also a certified Technical Analyst with Tennis Analytics. Over the past two years, I served as a coach at Tennis Montréal. Discover a modern, structured training approach through my private tennis lessons in the **6-zone format**, specially designed to maximize player development. This innovative method enables precise and dynamic work on all **5 essential phases of play**: rally, defense, offense, point finishing, and building effective tactical patterns. The court is divided into six strategic zones, providing clear game visualization and facilitating decision-making. Each session is carefully constructed to help players understand **where to play, when to play, and why to play** in any given situation. This organization promotes intelligent learning and better adaptation to real-match conditions. The integration of **tactical patterns** lies at the heart of this training. Players learn to sequence shots correctly, exploit opponents’ weaknesses, and develop a strong, distinctive playing identity. To reinforce this dimension, use of a **ball machine** allows for precise, high-intensity repetition of sequences while simulating realistic match situations—ensuring high repetition volume and rapid progress. Additionally, video analysis plays a key role in player development. It helps identify technical flaws, refine movement, and concretely visualize improvements. Players thus become active participants in their own progress, receiving clear, objective, and personalized feedback. These private lessons provide top-tier coaching that combines technique, tactics, and game understanding—helping every player reach their full potential on the court. Hourly rate: $85 (includes one complete video analysis with PDF report).
