Hello, my name is Alexandre and I am a tennis enthusiast. I am 50 years old and have been playing tennis since the age of 12. I am a tennis coach certified by Tennis Canada. I have over 5 years of coaching experience. I am also a Technical Analyst certified by Tennis Analytics. In the past two years, I served as a coach at Tennis Montréal. This fall, I am offering private lessons at the gym of the Décathlon store in Laval, open to children or adults of beginner to advanced levels. You have the option to add video analysis. This service helps improve your technique. For example, if you seek greater consistency in your serve, I will record a video of you executing your serve. Then, I analyze the kinetic chain and compare your video with that of a top-level player filmed from the same angle as you. In addition to the video analysis, you receive an analysis report in PDF format.
