Insecurity and isolation doesn't have to be the option of choice when hearing is hard. Many seniors find it hard to follow conversations when background noise is present but still want connection and companionship. That is why I find myself teaching many people through interactive sessions how to overcome negative feelings associated with challenged hearing. Join in a 3 week session package focusing on : -Developing skills to advocate for yourself when hearing seems difficult. -Empowering participants to implement communication strategies that reduce anxiety stemming from not being confident in challenging listening environments . - Tracking progress on personal communicative goals.
