If you are not in South London or are not intermittently willing to come to South London, please do not reply. I'm starting a YouTube channel as a side project... I have the gear, editing skills, and setup ready to go. The only thing missing is a team. Im also willing to train people, if you are dedicated and dont already have any skills, no problem. I'm not hiring staff; I'm looking for a few motivated people to split the workload and share any future profits equally. Running a channel solo usually means quitting your day job, but with a team, we can keep our full-time work and make it sustainable. I'm flexible on format: we could try multiple channels, test different concepts, or develop my existing ideas. Open to anything that gains traction. Summer's almost over! Let's give this a try.
