What We’re Looking For
Experienced Growth Marketer: 5+ years in digital/performance marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or Shopify app ecosystem
Data-Driven Thinker: Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and growth analytics
Hands-On Execution: You’ve launched, optimized, and scaled campaigns across paid and organic channels
Shopify-Fluent: Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem and user behavior is a plus

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is key in leading innovative marketing strategies that align with our company’s overarching strategic goals.
You will work across different companies in the Valsoft portfolio collaborating with leadership to ensure seamless development and execution of impactful marketing initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership teams to position products, develop go-to-market strategies, and execute growth-focused marketing programs. A deep understanding of digital marketing, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Lead product positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation for multiple healthcare SaaS platforms.
Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Develop high-conversion content and collateral in both English and French (emails, landing pages, case studies, ads).
Conduct market, competitor, and user research to uncover insights and guide strategic decisions.
Work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment across the funnel.
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to amplify your impact and operate efficiently as a one-person team.
Own and report on core marketing KPIs such as MQLs, funnel velocity, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Continuously test, learn, and optimize through experimentation and data analysis.
Adapt strategies to the unique contexts of different companies, products, and market stages.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing, ideally targeting small and medium size clients
Proven track record crafting compelling product narratives and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive growth.
Self-starter with strong prioritization, planning, and collaboration skills, leading projects from strategy through execution.
Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented — always asking "why" and iterating based on data.
Passionate about AI and emerging tools, and excited to use them to work smarter, faster, and better.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple clients/companies
Strong copywriting, landing page optimization, and CRO skills
Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) — you can develop marketing assets in both languages.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Legally authorized to work in Canada
