A small, quality-focused carpentry company based in the Gravenhurst and Muskoka area is looking for a reliable individual to assist with trim and door installation in custom homes and lakefront cottages. Most of our work takes place in high-end residential spaces where attention to detail and respect for the home are essential. The work itself is quiet and focused. It involves installing interior trim, fitting and adjusting doors, and learning how to properly use woodworking tools in finished environments where precision matters. This is not production-style construction. It suits someone who prefers steady, thoughtful work and takes pride in doing things properly. I’m looking for someone who shows up on time, pays attention, and takes responsibility for their work. Respect for the client’s home and for other trades is important. Organization, cleanliness, and the ability to think ahead without constant direction are expected. The right person will be someone who enjoys working with their hands and wants to develop strong carpentry skills over time. This is a small crew environment, so attitude and work habits matter just as much as experience. I am looking for someone interested in long-term, steady employment who wants to improve and become skilled in this type of work.
