We are a group of four No-Gi (two purple and two blue belt) grapplers looking for new people to join us close to Strathcona High School around 104 Street and 72 Ave. Curriculum: -Seated and Open Guard -Leg attacks -Submission escapes -Back control and finishing -Dynamic movements -Solid fundamentals Schedule: -Monday 6:30pm - 8:30pm) -Wednesday (6:30pm - 8:30pm) -Friday (6:30pm - 8:30pm) -Sundays (3:00pm - 5:00pm) -Additional days/hours are possible Facilities: -Washrooms -Clean Mats -Good Lighting -Parking front and back of building Address: 104 Streeet and 71 Ave Price: -First three classes free -Afterwards $10.00 per class All experience levels welcome!
