Be careful if you are thinking of hiring Karen A Must-Lutzko for your French lessons. We made 2 payments of $400 each to Karen at the beginning of the year. She provided only 12 of the 40 lessons we paid for. When we stopped lessons as we realized we were just wasting our time with her, she agreed to refund us $560 for unused classes. We received multiple promises of refunds by specific dates, all of which she failed to keep. She provided various excuses including banking issues, her son's wedding, and financial strain. She has since blocked us on Facebook and stopped responding to all communications. Multiple people on different Facebook groups have reported having the same experiences with Karen. She blocked everyone that reported her on Facebook groups, and deleted all negative responses/feedback to her Facebook posts.
