Vendor Call. Sign up for our 1st Annual Science Fantasy Con. We are looking for TOY VENDORS and Vendors who have a Fantasy SCFI theme, LOCAL AUTHORS welcome to apply. The event takes place at the Courtyard by Marriot 1224 Upper James St. Hamilton. April 18, 2026 from 10:30 to 3:30. We will have a costume contest with prizes. Joining us for this event Wizarding Wares with their Harry Potter licensed Merchandise, Photo Back drops and more. We will also feature Star Wars related Props and backdrops. We will also have a Disney Cosplayer and Coronation Ceremonies Tables and chairs will be provided. Cost of a Table is $85.00 for early bird until February 28, 2026 and starting March 1, 2026 the cost is $105.00 For an application check out our website under planned events at www.cogsworthscorner.ca.
