We are looking for a quite, clean, tidy, & respectful tenant to rent this bedroom. The house is smoke-free and it is located in an amazing neighborhood in the Idle-wood/Stanley Park area (Ottawa St. N & Lackner Blvd. is the closet intersection.) No more than 11 minutes’ walk to public transportation, a shopping center (food basics), & drug store, etc. You will have access to a shared large backyard, common area, dining area and a full kitchen. All appliances including fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer, etc. Utilities are shared with all tenants in the house. WiFi internet is provided.
