The CNC machinist ensures product quality by performing regular measurements on parts and adhering to specified tolerances.\r\n\r\nFunctions and responsibilities:\r\n Perform necessary adjustments, setups, and repairs for the manufacturing of simple to complex parts (fixtures, parts, tools, etc.)\r\n Use all systems required for equipment operation: probing, laser, XMII, CNC program transfers, etc.\r\n Follow machining instructions and complete all required documentation: process sheets, MOS, MIS, Tool life, etc.\r\n Ensure proper functioning of cutting tools\r\n Read and interpret drawings\r\n Calculate dimensions and tolerances\r\n Actively participate in problem-solving, daily team meetings, and activities related to new product and tool development\r\n Perform tasks related to the TPM maintenance plan and 6S\r\n Perform deburring and inspection of parts, or any other related operational tasks\r\n Maintain continuity between shifts through documentation and communication of actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs\r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n DEC in Mechanical Engineering/DEP in Machining Technology or equivalent\r\n 1 to 3 years of experience as a general CNC machinist\r\n Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written\r\n Solid knowledge and use of tools in the field\r\n Basic understanding of CNC machining\r\n Judgment skills: identify problems and resolve them\r\n Listening skills: understand and follow instructions, request clarification when needed\r\n Initiative: address problems independently, seek new responsibilities, and improve personal skills\r\n Promote health, safety, and environmental rules in the workplace\r\n Ability to work in a team\r\n Demonstrate initiative;
