32 weeks pregnant need help

My name is Blair I'm 28 and 32 weeks pregnant and really need help I have gestational diabetes as well as high blood pressure I have no health coverage I'm trying to get on it but it's taking some time. Anyways my foot and leg is really swollen I need to get my prescriptions my blood pressure medication and diabetes insulin but it cost way to much so I'm reaching out asking for help .. thank you
