She has also independently decided that the 4th person will occupy Room #1‼️ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Available starting July 1, 2026 Hello, I am looking for (1) female roommate, ideally quiet and respectful, to share a beautiful 6½ apartment located in Sainte-Foy, with a similarly tranquil lifestyle (the atmosphere of the residence is quiet: few parties and few visitors). This is a shared living arrangement between two women and one man. The apartment includes 4 bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen and living room, and one bathroom. Everything is furnished; you only need to bring your personal belongings. Rent $540 per month: includes heating, electricity, and hot water. Parking Two parking spaces are available on the side of the building, at $38 each per month, payable as a single payment on July 1. If you have a Quebec City parking permit ($), you may also park on the street.
