Apartment lease Transfer

Apartment lease Transfer

Hi, I want to transfer my lease for spacious one bed room apartment on 18th floor in West Edmonton village Tower 3 if someone is interested, message me. Rent is $ 1469. My lease is until 31 Oct,2026. It’s on top floor, I have little one, I am scared she goes to elevator and balcony. As I never experienced this thing before as last year she was of few months when we signed the lease. Thanks for understanding
