All utility bills will be shared with the upstairs resident and the basement resident will cover 40% of all utility bills. The pathway to your entrance and parking lot has to be cleaned by yourself (snow removal). The house and yard should be cleaned on a regular basis. No pets and no smoking allowed. The basement residents have a separate driveway, parking lot and laundry.
