We are once again looking for Winter Tenants (maximum 2 people) for the North Point Cottage this 2026/2027 winter! We are 17km NW of the town of Golden. Enjoy a winter of peace and quiet in the Blaeberry Valley. Snowshoe or Cross Country Ski right from your door on our 11 acres. Practice yoga, meditation, write, practice music, or create art! Enjoy the radiant heat from the wood stove. Winter is quiet and magical here along the Blaeberry River! $1600/month plus utilities (around $100/month or so) from October 15th or November 1st to April 1st or 30th. Includes firewood (3 cords provided) and internet. 50% DD. Fully Furnished. No parties, no smokers, no pets/dogs.
