Hey all! It's time for me to part with my lovely downtown studio apartment and head back west! It's treated me very well and I believe it would be perfect for any student or young professional based downtown, move in flexible between November 1st and December 1st! It's quite large as far as studios go with a balcony and indoor parking available for ~200$ extra. The current rent is 1560$ until the end of December and then 1577$ (water/heating included in price) until the end of lease on December 31st 2027. The area is outstanding, a few short blocks from Concordia, adjacent to the grocery store (PA), my personal favourite cafe just down the street, plenty of great restaurants nearby on St Catherine. The mall Alexis Nihon as well as the Cineplex Forum are a 5min walk away and the green line metro stops are also 5min walking for Guy-Concordia or Atwater stations. Personally, I bike to work every day and Maisonneuve has been extremely convenient. I would very much like to part with most of my furnishings and would give strong priority to those looking to take them! I can include an inventory of everything I'm selling. Thanks!
