Bigger room: 750 Other Room: 700 Living room: 450 If you chose Living room for 450, then we might bring other person too for 450. If you want living room but no other person then it will be 650. (PRIVACY IN BASEMENT, BIG CURTAINS MAKE IT FEEL LIKE PRIVATE ROOM), NO DISTURBANCE AT ALL. Every price mentioned above is utility and wifi included. For Car parking additional 50 for living room tenants, but free for room tenants. You can visit anytime during the evening, or anytime during the Weekend.
