We are looking for a clean, tidy, friendly roommate to rent a large downstairs bedroom. We are a couple, renting the upstairs, who are quiet and friendly. This house is 420 friendly. Smoking outside only. You can choose which bedroom you want downstairs. Both are large in size. You also can utilize the downstairs living area if you’d like. Partially furnished as you can see in the photos. Utilities and internet are included. SHARED is the kitchen upstairs, the laundry which is located in the downstairs bathroom (so you’d have to be okay letting us come downstairs to do laundry), and the upstairs shower would be shared until the basement shower gets fixed (but you can still use the downstairs toilet and sink completely as your own). Couples are welcome but rent would be slightly higher for 2 people. Renting both downstairs rooms & living area altogether is an option as well. Someone wanting to stay long term is preferred.
