Hi im a quiet clean single mother looking for a room to rent in a female only dwelling or a place renting with 2 or 3 or other tenants. Im ok with sharing the kitchen bathroom and laundry room facilities. Im willing to chip in for wifi right. Willing to pay $400-$650 all inclusive for a pr live room. Im very interested in a long term tenancy and willing to sign a lease up to two years but if something happens be able to break it to be able to find a different location and home that works best for me. Im on oDSP and would have my rent sento to you directly so theirs never any issues. My credit score is $580 and im constantly working on it to bring it up to get better. I would like to stay in the downtown area as i plan to start going back to achool and be close to my doctor appointments. If anyone has what i am looking for please email didme back with pictures and information including dates and times for me to view and fill out application yo see if i can get approved and we go from there. Im interested in moving around October November so i can work on getting first/last if needed to give.
