Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my cozy two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment. The apartment is located close to Western, making it a great option for students, staff, or anyone who wants to be near campus. The living room and common areas are already furnished, so you’d only need to bring furniture for your bedroom. The white dresser, tv, and bedside table can all be included in the room if you’d like. Rent is $900/utilities and wifi included. First and last month’s rent will be required. I’m open to short or long term tenants. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, reliable, and looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to call home. This is a non-smoking home, and I’m looking for someone who isn’t into partying. This is a queer-friendly inclusive home and I welcome roommates of all genders. A little about me: I’m a 33-year-old female, I’m friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I’m single with no children, but I do have a sweet small dog, he’s a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix who’s very well-behaved and gets along great with other animals.
