RV Pad Rental in the South Okanagan On our private property. We live on the property. RV spot is about 1/4 acre. Our house and the neighbour's house are about 100 yards from the spot on both sides. $650 / month plus electrical by use includes: - Power - Water - Septic - Wifi This is a rural spot between Penticton and Keremeos, up a dirt mountain road in the forest. The property is not fully fenced. We have about 8.5 acres of mountain hiking trails and then crown land behind that. We get a lot of animal traffic including: bears, rattlesnakes, bobcat, woodpeckers and many more. The road is maintained, including in the winter. It is not on a bus route. It is a quite dead end street. We get a very wintery winter here. The video attached shows the street in the winter.
