I want to sublease my room. Lease ends April 2027. It’s 800 dollars, including water. Hydro is about 40 dollars per mommy max, you pay for the first 2 months and the subsequent months are free. You can share with a friend, the space is neat and very conducive. Bathroom is very neat too. Excellent for students at Conestoga College or working class. Pioneer park that contains Zehrs, Dollarama, shoppers drug mart, a walk in clinic, TD bank and ATM and so many amenities is about a 7 minute walk. Pet friendly, highly secured space.
