Great area ,second floor ,renting spare room ,lots of light ,use of kitchen ,living room ,parking, for one person ,shopping and other close by . Bike path and Bus connection close by .DND close by . Two large parks beaches ,walking /bike paths .Male or Female . Im a male owner of home . Some one who is tidy and considerate in shared accomadation set up .More intersted in short term than longer term but would consider if longer .
