Experienced and affordable plumber for home and business services. My focus is your graditude. The customers trust is important to me, honesty with competence goes along way. Insured for single, multi home and condo developments. My rates are below average with no truck fee. Everything from hot water heaters (tank and tankless) and appliance/fixture installments to faucet and shower repairs, gas work (licensed gas fitter), leak and odor detection, water treatment, shower steamers, drain cleaning, back flow prevention repairs/replacements and much much more. If its a plumbing issue then I probably do it. Longer jobs after 4hrs have lower hourly rates. Most jobs by the hour however some like hot water tanks are by the job (still cheaper then the average). McJay Plumbing does indeed offer free estimates. Will travel anywhere in the greater Vancouver area (Van, West Van, N.Van, Coquitlam, Surrey, New West, Richmond, Maple Ridge etc.. McJay Plumbing will take part in bath room and kitchen renovations. Would consider new-build house and full home renovations and working with contractors.
