Vehicle is fully equipped, commercially insured, and maintained to high fleet standards. Shift Schedules & Rates: Shift Rate: $80 per shift (Max 10-Hour Shift) Shift Window Options: Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Thu) | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Fri–Sat) Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Thu) | 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Fri–Sat) Shift Buffer: Strict 2-hour buffer between shifts for charging, cleaning, and inspections. Flexible Deposit Options (Choose Your Tier): To help quality drivers get on the road quickly, we offer three payment tiers for the $300 Security Deposit: Tier 1 (Standard): $80 shift fee + $300 deposit upfront ($380 total Day 1). Tier 2 (Low Upfront): $80 shift fee + $100 deposit upfront ($180 total Day 1). Remaining $200 deposit + $50 admin fee withheld from weekly Uber earnings. Tier 3 (Zero Deposit Upfront): $80 shift fee only ($80 total Day 1). Full $300 deposit + $100 admin fee withheld from weekly Uber earnings (Requires 4.90+ rating & 250+ completed trips). Rental Terms & Financials: Daily Shift Fee: $80 (Paid upfront per shift or via weekly direct debit). Kilometer Allowance: Unlimited km within GTA rideshare boundaries during your active 10-hour shift. Charging & Return Battery State: Driver is responsible for Supercharging costs incurred during their shift (billed directly through account). Car must be returned with a 100% full battery at the end of the shift. Cleaning Duty: Driver is strictly responsible for cleaning the vehicle (interior wipe down, floor mats vacuumed/shaken out, trash removed) before returning it for the next shift driver. A $50 detailing penalty will be deducted from the security deposit for dirty returns. Driver Requirements: 1. Active Uber / Lyft Account: Must have an active profile with a 4.85★ rating or higher and a minimum of 100+ completed trips. 2. Driver's License: Valid Ontario Full G License (Minimum 2 years of Canadian driving history required for fleet insurance). 3. Driving Record: Clean 3-Year Ontario Driver's Abstract (Max 1 minor infraction; zero major convictions). 4. PTC License: Valid Region of Peel / City of Toronto PTC License. 5. Telematics & Speed Policy: Agreement to fleet monitoring via Tessie. Strict adherence to local speed limits (Max +10 km/h threshold).
