WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school is an asset). 5+ years of hands-on experience in composite mold making or related trade. Strong skills in fiberglass/carbon fiber lay-up and mold fabrication. Good knowledge of resins, adhesives, and mold release systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Experience using measuring tools, templates, gauges, and power/hand tools. CNC machining or CAD/CAM knowledge is an asset but not required.
